"Glass sliding door doesn’t lock, the entire toilet seat fell on the floor, water draining in the bathroom sink was terribly slow. Oh and the taco salad was horrible, no meat! "

"Broken bathroom door closure. Broken ice maker and no ice, coffee pot but no filters, outdoor deck but very dirt furniture and floor. So dirty would not sit down afraid to stain my clothes. For a five star facility this area looked neglected."
